Stopped by to look at a car late on Tuesday and a salesman came up and talked to me. Asked what I was looking for and did not make any assumptions or try to pressure me into anything. Offered to help with any questions I might have and was very friendly. Came back a few days later to test drive a Subaru Outback that I was interested in. Usman Ali came and spoke to me this time and was really friendly as well and did not try to pressure me. Made the whole process very easy on me and made my buying experience an enjoyable one. The vehicle has a prior salvage title, but the body work they did you would never know it. They did amazing work on the vehicle and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Price was also very reasonable. Also like that they offer the Carfax online and they were very upfront on where the damage was and how they fixed it. Very Honest guys and can't say enough good things about them. Thanks guys, I am loving my new car.

I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback rebuilt with Ali at US Motors in Des Moines. I am 77 years old, and this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Everything felt above board and straightforward. Communication was excellent with Ali, and when the car was delivered, though a year old with 14,000 miles, it was detailed like a new car. Thank you!

He isn't the type to pressure you or play games. Just genuinely a good guy who stands behind what he sells. The process was smooth, the price was great, and I went home with a car I am happy with. I was looking for a used car, and hitting a lot of dead ends. I looked at a Subaru Legacy at another lot, but it was 12 years old and the asking price was much too high in my opinion. But I liked the car, so I did a search and found another one only three years old. When I got to us Motors I could not believe how clean and flawless it was, and when I offered the price of the 2013 for the 2022 with lower mileage, they accepted it without haggle. I could not believe it. Of course I had to give them a great review, the process couldn't have been simpler a great bunch of guys running a reputable business. Five stars!
