Went to get dog bones. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what the lady name was in the office, but she was awesome . Our dog loved his bones. Will be back for more.

Did not get our order right, even after calling to double check. Requested for beef to hang 14 days, hung for 6. No way will I ever use them again. At least the girls working the office were nice...oh, and they state they freeze beef for 4 to 5 days? Nope.

Can I give a negative star review? Horrible company to work with. I would never trust them with any product again. They said they would refund half of two beefs they screwed up processing. They never sent a refund after calling several times to check on the status. It's been several months! The carcasses "never hung" is what the manager said and that "no one's beefs are hanging to be honest" was an excuse as to why one beef was not cut properly. When the cut sheet was reviewed over the phone a couple days after dropping it off, going over meticulously exactly what was wanted it had indeed already been cut and packaged. The meat is so messy and bloody because as the manager said there is no hang time for any customer. Reported to the BBB and they have yet to respond to them. They honestly don't care about customers or take pride in their product. Emailed the owner he never responded, the manager blamed everything on the girl at the front desk and took money out of her paycheck for the mistakes. So they made money, took money from the employee, and never even refunded us for half when really we should be refunded in full.

Was my first time there , took a deer in and spoke to the elderly lady in the office working the front desk, told her i wanted half the meat steaks and the other half in ground beef went to pick it up and only got a 2 pound bag of steak everything else was ground beef , not upset about it just wish she would have said something if she didn't know what she was doing
