Poor quality customer services and after sales services. I purchased a sectional sofa but had a lot of difficulties in the payment and delivery services.q They tried to charge extra delivery fee although we agreed for free delivery before buying that sofa. On top of it even though I had a problem about the connection between two sections they were not willing to help me. They forwarded me to another office in Tamarac to fix that issue. So, I have disconnected two section sofas right now and nobody is willing to help me. This is unacceptable situation for a customer.
We are so pleased with our new Sofa . We also appreciate the fast and smooth delivery. We would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
