My experience with USA Home Roofing was nothing but excellent from the initial contact to the end. John Mora and his team; Kevin & his office personnel, Nancy Vaca, have been a joy to work with. John's schedule was quite busy, but he and Kevin came out and inspected my 30 year old roof and a back apartment. There was a lot of sun damage and weathering with missing shingles and raccoon damage where they made a hole for nesting. The roof has different slopes and pitches with a lot of square footage, so it required a few days of work. They finished and started on the back roof. It was all completed successfully and looks amazing. They ran a magnet to scan for nails around my property and my adjoining neighbors also. They cleaned up and left it very clean. I appreciate having found them on Google reviews and on the BBB. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone searching for reputable roofer who stands for integrity and professionalism and stands by his word. Thank you, John, for giving me peace of mind.

After a big storm, we discovered damage to our roof, broken windows and some issues with the gutters. I reached out to John at USA Home as he replaced our roof several years ago and that experience was great. John responded immediately and was at my home within 24 hours for an inspection. He even came back the day my adjuster came to inspect so they could walk through the damages together. When the work started, the crew was on time, respectful of our property, and left everything spotless when they were done. Henry, the site manager, observed all the work being done as it was underway, stayed with the crew the entire day and made himself available to us for any questions. They finished the job in one day! The quality of work is outstanding—our new roof looks fantastic, and it feels great knowing it’s built to last. They even helped navigate the insurance claim, which was a huge stress reliever.
