I decided on USA Medical Supply for a stairlift purchase and installation for my mother after getting several quotes from surrounding businesses. USA Medical beat all of them, not only on product cost (with installation included), but the outstanding customer service that was provided from beginning to end. From Andrei, the exceptional Service Manager who really made the entire transaction easy for us, thank you!!- to Cornel and Paul who came out after a snowstorm(!) to install the stairlift and did a phenomenal job installing and providing friendly instruction to my mom, they are all truly a top-notch professional team. I absolutely highly recommend USA Medical Supply, give them a call before going anywhere else.

Andre was spectacular. I needed a stair chair lift and my girlfriend had worked with him to get it measured and installed within a week. So when I came home from the hospital it was there and ready for me to use. It is a Godsend. I can’t thank Andre and Susan for getting this done. It’s such a help to me. Thanks so much
