I just completed a refinance with Nations Mortgage LLC. The agents I worked with are Danial Shamil and Shawn Sharrak. The process got a little stressful at times, but each time Danial and Shawn reached out to me with the utmost kindness and professionalism when the process seemed to have taken a turn. I was not always patient and it came across in my tone when conversing with them about the refinance. It took longer than expected, not on their part at all, as some unexpected hurdles had to be overcome. However, my goals were accomplished in the end. My situation was somewhat unique. Still these guys were able to get me to the finish line. Overall very favorable outcome. I would recommend both if you need a mortgage, cash out, or refinancing your home. I must say I gave the 5 star rating prematurely. Paying off my mortgage I was told I would get a certain figure from the escrow account. It turned out to me a fifth of what was quoted. Danial promised many things that didn’t come to be. Get multiple offers and see which one has the better offer to allow you to accomplish what you had planned in the end. I wasn’t able to do what I wanted to do.
