The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.
Makesha MBAI don't recommend. He price gouge and don't stand behind work. Hired to fix leak in dishwasher hose and he made it leak even more. When I called back to let him know, he said to fix it would be another $125 after I already paid him $175. Honestly, not sure if he's licensed. I got no invoice or receipt. He only take cash. Buyer beware.
