Thank you USA property management nice and easy process. Once approved moved in with no issue and the ladies at the front desk are very nice & helpful. Never did get those gate keys replacements, also unable to renew lease due to property owner wanting to sell it’s only been a yr and if we didn’t ask early we would’ve only gotten a 30 day notice to vacate. Will update if any funny business goes on with our security deposit cause this house is the same exact way it was when we moved in worn carpet and all.

I spent the first 4 years I lived at Heritage Park Monrovia with NO cold water from my taps, except Dec and Jan. Durin summer months, my cold water registered as high as 95 degrees. Repairs were attempted in the fall so I had to wait to find out it did not work. The only way I had cold water for most of the year was due to keeping buckets of water in my tub. Yet they continued to raise the rent. When I asked for compensation for living in sub par conditions, they ignored me. This is not a good management company.
