Victoria LemrabottPoor customer service. They never answer the phone, they treat you as if you don’t belong, or as if they can care less if they get your business or not. Ali is one of the owners. Very dismissive. I have had several bad experiences from my merchandise that was paid for being RESOLD to another customer, to issues with returns to blatant disrespect. I have literally had to call Arabic people I know, to be able to be shown some sort of courtesy. Novelty Wholesale is another distributor locally, as well as HYC, which delivers to Fayetteville even though they are located in Winston Salem. If you can help it, shop elsewhere… where your hard earned money is APPRECIATED.

The selection of products is great if you ran out and you need to replenish before the next order. The candy selection is my favourite part. I just need them to get Jungle Jollies, gummy worms and bears, more penny candy and sour patches, watermelons and fishes. Lol....okay that's all the extra candy. They have the space so go ahead and make your regular customers 😊. The staff don't harrass you, they don't follow you around and after they speak they don't bother you unless you're like me and look lost.
