Today I had Henri Brion who went the extra mile to clean up and tune my computer and get rid of some infectious viruses that found a home in my computer. He very respectfully stayed with the problems until they were totally solved. He was very patient.

USTechSupport is worth every penny. The company advertises 24/7 support and it is great to have. Last week I had a issue with my new laptop and the tech associate did a remote session for 1 1/2 hours to figure out what my issues were. I contacted them recently about a issue and they got back to me in 10 minutes from the time the ticket was placed in the system. Great Job!

I am so happy. I bought a new computer with Windows 11 on it. After setting it up most of the way I called US Tech Support to verify my work and to move my files from the old computer to the new one.
