I had a wonderful experience at Utopia Home Mortgage. Donald was my mortgage broker and I was a little gun shy because a previous mortgage closing fell through at the last moment. That previous closing was not with Utopia Home Mortgage. At any length, Donald was open with me about the full process of creating a loan package. He researched and shopped around for the best rates. He was in constant communication with underwriting clarifying what I needed to stay qualified. In the end he closed on my mortgage loan meeting most of the expectations. I’d definitely use his services again. Everyone deserves someone in their corner when they are pursuing the American Dream in a recession.
