V & O Salon

This is the only salon I will ever go to in Montreal!! I've been coming here regularly since January 2023. The staff is always friendly and kind, the salon and workstations are always clean and spotless, and the quality of the services (I've done both nails and sugaring) is beyond! My nails stay beautiful and intact for weeks, and I always get so many compliments. Kim is truly an artist and executes every single one of my design requests flawlessly, many times even better than the pictures I show her. Plus, I can always have a good chat with her, which always puts me in a good mood. Moreover, everything is vegan and cruelty free, without any compromise on the quality. The high standards at V&O are the reason why I'll keep coming here. Thank you so much for all your work, this place is truly a gem ✨

This salon is amazing in so many ways. All of the products are 100% vegan, organic, free of harsh chemicals and not tested on animals. The staff and owner are super-warm and ultra professional. I’m always so impressed with their work and my manicures and pedicures always look incredible! They really put in so much effort to accommodate your beauty needs. A very clean and calming environment, giving it more of a spa-like experience. I love going here and couldn’t ever go to any other salon. Highly recommend!

Zero stars. They canceled my appointment the night before for no reason. Offered an appointment 3 hours later which did not work with my schedule as I had to get ready for a wedding (which was why I made an appointment for a pedicure at 10am). Texted me with the most lame apology and no excuse other than the tech can’t make it until later. Completely unprofessional.
