V5 Nails Salon and Spa

They did a great job on my pedicure. I got the volcano spa pedicure, and I went for the jasmine electric pearl scent. It was heavenly. They also gave me the extra cream to take home in addition to the tools they used, which was a great sign of how clean the place is! The technicians were very skilled and kind, and I can’t recommend their work enough. Thanks so much for taking care of my toes!

Oh my gosh this is absolutely my new nail place!!! My Auntie and I visited for the first time and got herbal mani pedis which were incredible!! I had Sara and she had Shiloh (also started off by Ginny) and all three ladies were absolutely LOVELY!! The services were amazing, our nails look fabulous, and they have a new client!!

I really wanted to like this nail salon, especially since my boyfriend booked it for me after seeing all the great reviews. He even called ahead to confirm they could do Cat Eye nails, since I only had one free day before leaving for Miami, after would be MC’ing a close friend’s wedding. The staff were friendly, and the nail tech was upfront that their Cat Eye selection was limited (only maybe four options) and even suggested another salon for more variety and better nail artistry. I appreciated her honesty, so I stayed and let her do her best. Unfortunately, for the over $220 we spent on a gel nails and pedicure set, the results didn’t last as expected. Less than two weeks later, all of the nails had come off, even though I was told they should last about a month. When I called back, I was told it might be due to having an “oily nail bed,” and the only resolution offered was a shellac set. Overall, while the staff were polite and honest, the quality of the service and follow-up left me disappointed given the cost.
