If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Vaillancourt Plumbing completed a "kitec" plumbing replacement service (main water line) that was discovered by another plumbing company who provided a ridiculous quote to complete the job. (4x what Vaillancourt Quoted us!) Brian who came to quote the job was professional, courteous, and even came by on a weekend to survey this job for my wife and I. After giving us his opinion and letting him know we'd be getting multiple quotes, he encouraged us to do so because he stood by his original recommendation and his professional attitude is what made him stand out to us. After going with Vaillancourt for the job, the office staff handled EVERYTHING for us (assisting us in getting permits, coordinating the job, and keeping us informed EVERY step of the way) - 100% customer service throughout the job! The day of the job, the Vaillancourt team arrived on time, were courteous and friendly. Arranged the inspector from the Region to come, and provided assistance throughout the day. They checked in with us multiple times, and talked us through what they were doing. They also made sure everything worked before leaving, while cleaning up all the debris! Post job completion, the team followed up with us, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job, and 100% we are. Do not hesitate to go with Vaillancourt plumbing for any future job, their professionalism, pricing and friendly customer service 100% sets them apart from competitors! After discovering a leak in our kitchen and the fact that we couldn’t shut off the main water source within our 25+ year old house because the valve was stuck, I reached out to Vaillancourt Plumbing and spoke with Krystal who was outstanding! She coordinated with the Region of Durham to have them shut off the water supply to the house, only to find out that the Region needed to replace the valve located in our driveway also. All was resolved, and Trevor from Vaillancourt Plumbing was awesome as well! I highly recommend Vaillancourt Plumbing if you’re ever in need of plumbing services!

I called yesterday afternoon as the hot water tank at my office was leaking. They had a next day appointment first thing in the morning. The tech, Shane arrived on time, he ended up having to replace the water heater. He was personable, friendly and helpful. He got the job done in good time. He initially tried to just repair it but it was too far gone. Knowing that he tried to trouble shoot first and not just jump to a replacement is great business practice. Price was reasonable. From first contact to job finished, it was a top notch experience and I cannot recommend Vaillancourt Plumbing enough. Thank you for everything! 10/10. I will be sure to refer anyone who needs plumbing work done straight to them. I should add our water heater is a 9.5 litre and they can be difficult to source, Shane found one right away without having to order it and leave us without running water. Thank you so much for everything.
