I had the best experience on my very first visit to Swarovski! The staff member went above and beyond – Marzi and Carol offered me a good deal and also made beautiful packaging for my purchase. Her service was so warm, thoughtful, and professional that I was truly impressed. I’m so, so happy with my visit and will definitely come back again.

We purchased a watch from another location and decided to return it here. The manager at this store informed us that a watch with the stopper removed and running voids the warranty (it came without a stopper). However, she could not point to this “policy” on the receipt or provide any documentation to support it. She was given multiple opportunities to provide evidence of this mysterious policy, yet could not provide any. We were simply expected to take her word for it. As being gaslit is against my policy, we called the other location on the spot. That manager was just as surprised as we were to hear of such a return policy at Swarovski. He told us he would reach out directly to the Vaughan Mills store's manager. Only after their conversation did she agree to accept the return, presenting it as “making an exception.” I clarified this was not an exception but the result of another manager correcting her misunderstanding of Swarovski’s actual policy. Her framing of this resolution as a favour to us is disengenous in that it shifts blame for her mistake onto the client—a novel customer retention strategy at best. To make matters worse, the other manager—who had nothing to do with this situation—apologized to us (something he certainly did not have to do), while she refused to take any accountability. Instead, she deflected with a strange and likely incorrect claim that her store’s return policy differs from an outlet’s. While this is not an outlet location, evidently audacity was on clearance today. Someday I aspire to have the kind of confidence it takes to invent company policies on the spot and refuse responsibility even after being corrected by both a customer and another manager. #ManagementGoals, I suppose. But for today, this experience left us disappointed and frustrated with the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism at this location.

I visited the Swarovski store on Saturday, September 20 2024, and had a fantastic shopping experience. I purchased a beautiful swan necklace along with a pair of Clover Pink Rose Gold Tone Plated Earrings for 169 CAD. I also picked up stunning swan earrings, a butterfly necklace, and matching butterfly earrings. Each piece is absolutely gorgeous—the swan necklace has an elegant and timeless design, while the butterfly jewelry is delicate and stylish. Natalee served us exceptionally well, providing excellent service and making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The quality of the jewelry is top-notch, and these pieces are perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend Swarovski for both their beautiful products and outstanding customer service!
