Three months ago, I was referred to Complete Auto Repair from my brother, who also got two of his cars worked on there. I went in for a non-leak issue, but was informed that my car had a couple leaks. As someone who’s not a car person, I appreciated Mo (owner) for explaining in detail, pointing out wear & tear in parts, showing me the mess under my car, and where the leaks were coming from. Fast forward to now and after an additional issue came up, I finally set aside time to get my car tended to and it has been running sooo much better than it has been in the past year. I’m in disbelief that my car was looked at several times this past year by a few other local auto shops who racked up the bill, yet no one caught the issue. Shoutout to Mo & his team for taking initiative from the get-go to make sure my car is safe, thank you! Other pros: -Open on weekends -Plenty space in the lobby and lounge area for my toddler to play; tv with Netflix -Responds with urgency, efficient, friendly, and great communication with updates & reminders -Owner & shop integrity Side note to my experience: I had new tires put on in 2022, so I didn’t get that done here. However, I was informed they’re now offering $50 per used tire with FREE install. I looked at the tread (as shown in the room w/ the red carpet) and inquired about tire life, and they said 80%+ life. WHAT! I haven’t heard about deals like that on this side of the water, so it’s nice to know Kitsap now has a shop that offers even more affordable options for quality used products! Now that’s what I call a local shop who wants to take care of all classes in our community! 🙌🏻

Took my 2018 Infiniti Q50 to get new shocks, rotors, brakes done. Dropped it off early when they opened, and they called me when it was ready. Job was well done, don't hear no squeaking from my brakes/rotors. Drives a lot more smoother with the new shocks. Would recommend anyone to get their auto care done from here as the staff was super friendly and appreciative that I brought my car there for business.
