We had a constant "Refill Water Tank" error message on our Accadenia Gaggia and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Even though it was a Sunday morning, I thought I would take a chance at trying to chat with a Whole Latte Love tech. Surprisingly, I was able to get through to Tim after just a few minutes. He helped me troubleshoot the error and suggested it was probably a bad water sensor. He provided a diagram to show the location of the sensor and a video demonstrating how to disassemble the machine to access the sensor. Tim also provided a link to order the sensor. I ordered sensor, paid for UPS 3-day delivery, and repaired the machine Wednesday afternoon. Tim didn't just send the information, he followed up with me to confirm I could repair without any issues. The Whole Latte Love team lives up to their name wuth respect to customer satisfaction.!

UPDATE: One month later and my review has not been added as owner promised in the reply below: I used to be an admirer of Whole Latte Love. Now I do not trust them. I bought a Red Varia AKU Pro Scale and I submitted a review to provide my transparency for not loving it. Whole Latte Love did not post my review (see below) to the Red Varia AKU Pro I purchased early in 2025. This feels somewhat unethical to me. Both good reviews, fair reviews and bad reviews should be posted. When you see 4+ Star ratings for products on Whole Latte Love's site think it may be possible some of the poor and fair reviews like mine were not posted. I confirmed my review email address on January 17, 2025 at 5:36pm so my review was certainly received. I received a follow up to this Google Maps review asking for it so it can be uploaded by the owner. Let's see if it gets updated soon: Varia AKU Pro Scale review (1 star) I do not like how the scale works as it is cumbersome to use if you like precision and want to use the SPRO functionality. I found it best to go to the manual mode and then 1) weigh the beans 2) grind them 3) weigh the ground beans 4) Press and hold the Tare button several times to get to SPRO mode 5) Pull the shot I purchased the scale based on the review of the functionality. But the WholeLatteLove review did not show the process for preparing the grind and pulling a shot in order to use SPRO . Had I seen that it was a bit button pressing dependent, I may not have bought the scale. You have to press and hold several times to toggle between options. Frustrating. It is also difficult to update the firmware. I downloaded the app and tried several times before it seemed to work. I think you need to share with buyers and the Mfr that the SPRO function is not all that cool if it is not quick and easy to use.

Whole Latte Love provides some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. They are so knowledgeable about espresso machines and grinders. Since I first purchased from them they have been nothing but supportive and responsive. There support team and their educational videos have helped me learn so much about my machine and making excellent coffee drinks.
