If you’re thinking about trying Valley Eats, my best advice is: don’t. You’d honestly be better off walking to the restaurant yourself, picking up your food, and walking back home — because by the time you do, you’d still be waiting for your Valley Eats order to even be prepared, let alone delivered. For reasons I can’t understand, it routinely takes upwards of an hour from when an order is placed to when it actually arrives — which is absurd for a simple fast food order in a small town. Promotional deals are another headache. They’re missing key details, like which menu items the promo actually applies to. The only way to figure it out is by manually adding every item to your cart until you find one that triggers the discount. It’s a frustrating guessing game that should never exist in a properly built app. And the best part? If you fall for one of these poorly explained promos and get charged incorrectly, don’t expect help. When you reach out to customer service, you’ll likely be told “the deal only applies to certain items” — even when that information was never shown. Ask for a small credit (in my case, $7) for an app error, and they’ll just ignore you instead of taking responsibility. Valley Eats only succeeded early on because they had no local competition. I switched from DoorDash hoping to support a local business that would deliver a better experience, but unfortunately, Valley Eats turned out to be even worse.

Very disappointing delivery service. The app accepted my order, but ValleyEats cancelled it without informing either me or the restaurant. As a result, we ended up getting no food after waiting for 1 hour. Their wait times are already long, but cancelling orders without any reason is unacceptable. I would not recommend using their service.

App straight up does not work, they did not answer a phone call, do they even exist anymore? Anyways don't waste your time!

Great experience every time! Drivers are friendly, great promos, supporting local businesses. Nice to speak to people from the valley rather than a corporate system where nobody cares and you’re just a number.
