We’ve had a great experience with Valley Home services. I originally reached out for some quotes during the planning of our secondary suite. Charlyne was responsive and friendly. Cody arrived to do the quote and was able to provide some good feedback on how we should proceed and what stage they should be called in for the work. When it was time for their part Cody’s team of young but capable technicians arrived and set right to work. They were professional and polite. They even arranged to order a custom sleeve to fit the specifics of our installation. The invoice arrived, as quoted with no surprises. Later in the project Ross came in to install an inline fire detector. He provided specific instructions for the care and use of the detector and details about how they work. This was a tricky installation but it was easy to see that he has had plenty of experience in the process. He and his team were incredibly professional and left us feeling we were in good hands. Again the work was completed as quoted. We’ve now booked Valley Home Services for our equipment maintenance! Thank you for the great service!

I've had Valley Home Services in for two major jobs now, and I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness, service, skills, willingness to help, and their professionalism. The first job was a furnace replacement, and custom install. They removed my old furnace and installed the new one suspended from the ceiling to protect it from my very wet, sometimes flooded, basement. They did a perfect job, and I don't need to worry about my furnace being destroyed by a flood if the sump pump fails. The latest job was a hot water tank replacement. Ross & Ethan worked their butts off to get the new one installed and the worst job was getting the old one out. It was incredibly heavy, half full of hard water deposits, and basement access is tough. They called in two extra men, and with brute strength & determination they got it done! Thank you so much Guys! Overall, everyone at Valley Home Services has been very responsive, helpful, professional, pleasant and they do excellent work! I would recommend them very highly for your home comfort needs!

Very professional and friendly team, from start to finish! Cody was very quick with a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. Receptionist replied promptly with any communications. Ryan and Tyler were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this company!
