Good work done by homelane,I recently got my home interiors done with HomeLane and had a great experience throughout the project. I had one of the worst experiences with HomeLane. I lost ₹25,000 with this company. They took my money in March, and when I cancelled the order, they kept delaying and wasting my time. Even after repeated follow-ups, I have not received my money back. The staff gave false assurances and dragged the process, but in the end, nothing happened. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. A company that cannot handle refunds honestly cannot be trusted with something as important as home interiors. If you are planning to go with HomeLane, please be very careful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
