Thank you for the amazing piercing experience, Makayla! I knew I was in great hands the moment I met you. She let me try on a few of my favorite earrings to make sure I was happy with the location before she pierced my second holes. Expertly placed and pierced (with a needle!) - I really appreciate Makayla’s warmth, kindness, and confidence! The store is super clean, displays are beautiful, and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and busy helping shoppers.
I’m really disappointed with my purchase. I bought two earrings, and after only wearing them twice, they started to tarnish and turn completely black. I wasn’t expecting luxury quality, but I did expect them to last longer than just a couple of wears. The material seems really good, but it’s frustrating to spend money on something that deteriorates so quickly. I take good care of my jewelry, so this definitely isn’t due to misuse. I wanted to love these earrings, but unfortunately, the quality just isn’t there. I would give this 0 star if I could. Definitely not worth the purchase.
Came in looking for a silver men’s bracelet. In the tiny corner of the store where there were 5 men’s items, I managed to find one I wanted but it wasn’t in stock in my size. The store associate confirmed it would available to ship within 10 days. 6+ weeks later and still no updates, I just cancelled my order. What a waste of time and effort.
I’ve been a customer of Mejuri for quite some time and have shopped there before. Today, I went to the store and spoke with a lady named Judy. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I politely asked her about placing an order and using the “ship to store” option that’s available on the website — which I’ve used before without any problem. But her attitude was dismissive, and she told me she’s worked there for many years and has never seen that option before. I was surprised by her tone because I was speaking respectfully, and as a returning customer, I expected the same courtesy in return. I hope Mejuri can take this feedback seriously and make sure all customers feel valued and respected.
