Booked a wheelchair cab from the hospital to our home with a return trip later in the day. Booked 4 days in advance to ensure there was one available. When the taxi arrived it was a regular car. They were able to send a wheelchair van but with a 1 hour delay. For the return journey, the taxi did not show up at all. When I contacted dispatch, they said they were sorry but there was no vehicle close by. Fortunately the driver who had the booking on his schedule called to see if we still needed his services, we did. That ride was 90 minutes late. The drivers were excellent but the service from the company atrocious. Will never use or recommend this company.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We booked a wheelchair taxi for my Grandmas birthday 3 days in advance. Come the date and time of the appointment the cab never showed up, the dispatch said I could expect the cab “maybe in 40 minutes.” Incredibly disappointing and would highly suggest not using this company under any circumstance!

Got a ride from Inn at Laurel Point to the BC Ferries. The ride was fine, but they have these rates posted (picture) and don't follow them. Based on their posted charge rates, charges should be based on distance. Their meters will roll even while stopped adding a little more. Even when we got to our dropoff, the meter rolled another 20 cents. This ends up charging you ~10% more depending on where you are going. Seems a bit unethical.

Cab 143, I have yet to learn his name, was a great experience with this company. I couldn't get to my daughter to drive her to her job interview so I had to call a cab. The man driving it was so kind to my daughter who was nervous about her job interview. She said he was so kind to her when she needed it she gave him a $5 tip. I think it's important to understand how valuable more than a ride is in this world kindness is priceless and I'm so grateful to him for that!
