Karen LiuShaun is a very professional and knowledgeable individual who is committed to delivering an excellent service to his client. We had many questions and concerns about our old failed boiler and hot water tank system. Shaun provided an in-depth analysis and assessment for our house and suggested we upgrade to a high efficiency combi-boiler unit. He explained how it worked and what the maintenance schedule was like. The biggest issue was connecting the new exhaust pipes due to the house infrastructure, but it was resolved with some compromise. We had an issue after the initial install where the thermostats were not connected to their correct heat controllers and Shaun came to fix it pronto. He followed up with us to make sure everything is running smoothly. The heating in our house has stabilized after 2 weeks of operation and family is very happy with the hot water supply. Would recommend Shaun and his team for heating work.
