Susie is the BEST!!!! My female Siberian Husky (who can be a bit standoffish) really seems to thrive in the environment at CCBK. I recently travelled abroad for an extended vacation (approx. 7 months) and returned two days ago. Today, I picked up my Lily Mae and my girl looked at me like: "Girl, who are you and where are you taking me?" lmbooooo She clearly loved her time there and Susie even blew her out for me! Her coat is sooooo beautiful now, too!!! She's lost a little weight and put on some muscle being out on the run, which I am pretty thrilled about. I, too, lost some weight and put on muscle and now feel comfortable walking or maybe even jogging with her really soon! Susie was also really great about following her diet and assisting me with arranging for her to get her vaccinations. All around, a wonderful experience with Country Club Boarding Kennels every time.

Our dog never acts funny at drop off, he seems to be happy at the country club. We are happy they don't mind following his feeding instructions so he can eat the way he does at home!

We recently used Country Club Boarding Kennels for our dogs, and our experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the policy against allowing customers to see the actual kennels raised concerns about transparency. The woman checking us in lacked any bedside manner when explaining this policy, which added to the overall discomfort. Moreover, the strict policy regarding owner responsibility for damages became an issue when we discovered our $25 leash completely chewed through upon picking up our dogs. It raises a valid question: How did our dog have unsupervised access to the leash? Unfortunately, due to these issues, we won't be using Country Club Boarding Kennels again, and we feel it's essential to warn other pet owners about these potential concerns. Transparency and accountability are crucial when entrusting our pets to a kennel, and, in this case, they fell short.

My dog is very shy and doesn't warm up to most people. She really likes it here. The boarding and clipping prices are very reasonably priced.
