Me and my brother had a spice business and our fulfiller was this company, Vanns Spices. They did a great job with delivering us samples to test out at home so there would be less variable in potency and flavor. To our dismay the customer service was bad. Our account manager was rude and treated us like we didn't belong in the industry. She would write essay long responses that seemed passive aggressive and was disheartening as a entrepreneur. Most problematic of all was the final product. They don't allow sample final products without charging you. When we decided to skip that step, we found that our recipe didn't match what we ordered. Our trial run rub would not be the same, plan and simple and that is a problem. Our business didn't make it because of margins and competition. I'll end it with that they have a large assortment of spices available so that is nice.
