I found Emily Stein to be professional, responsive (always replying within 24 hours even during weekends and the holiday season), and reliable throughout the entire process. She and her colleagues at Vantage Real Estate demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, which was invaluable in finding suitable candidates. Over six months, I worked directly with Emily to successfully fill two vacancies in my building. Her consistent communication and dedication was appreciated. While it’s too early to comment on the quality of the tenants, I’m confident in Emily’s ability to match clients with the right properties.

Ken and Emily did a wonderful job orchestrating the asset sale/lease transfer of my business. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this property management company, and I strongly advise against using their services. The communication is horrendous, and they show zero care or respect for your business. Emily, the agent I dealt with, was completely unresponsive and unreliable. Emails were ignored, calls weren’t returned, and when I did manage to get in touch with her, she was dismissive and showed no interest in resolving any issues. To make matters worse, she doesn’t even bother to greet you in emails or have a friendly demeanor. It’s clear they have no regard for their clients’ time or concerns. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
