This review is based on being an EU customer outside of spain. - Website claims same day shipping, but my order was shipped out almost two weeks after purchase instead. - Customer service is very poor, lacks communication and transparancy. - Order did eventually arrive but are not the same products as i ordered (different flavor which i dont like, what makes the order pointless.) Only reason they get two stars is because they did end up shipping a product instead of just scamming me entirely as other reviews indicate, but definitely never ordering from them again.
Attention all buyers from EU countries. Read my Experience before placing any further orders for vape bars. in my case/Short version/ I still waiting for a refund money-400 € more than 2 months, my many mails was ignored.. after countless emails, I got the first answer= money was refunded .Nothing else. But is not true. money is not in our account!!! they obviously only pay attention to their Spanish customers.. But why like this? July/2023 Nothing happened. Same story.. Our main bank sent them an urgent request for the return of the money, but they refuse to accept registered mail. So we have no choice but to report the whole matter to the Spanish police and the competent judge...
