When you come into the area, you have to go right and through a gate. From what I can tell, if it’s open, you can come in and park along the south fence. I arrived at 0530 for an 0900 appointment. If you have wine like I did, you can check in at 0700 by calling 678-305-2837. It’s a different number for beer. They did not call me back with a door till close to 9, started unloading me close to 10, and at 11, they brought me my paperwork. Everyone was very nice. It’s a one way route, so go left from your door to the exit.
Okay so wait until 7 am exactly to allow others that work there to leave site. Then it's free for all to the back. I normally have to check in at far back left corner of building for my check in. Kindness gets kindess.
this is very good place for delivery because I was don’t have appointment for delivery but they are help to all people and within 2 hours to unloaded my truck thanx
Show up two hours before your appointment and everything will be fine!! The manager is fair and the same way with everyone! Parking overnight at the nearby Petro is 25.00.
Simple instructions to follow at this facility, shipping & receiving office is near dock 11.
Bad service they take hours to get to your truck. Have you waiting for 4 1/2 hours and they take longer to load or unload it. Be mindful coming to this place. Have food in your truck because they will keep you here for the whole day.
TRUCKERS WARNING ⚠️ Stay away from the customer. I had my appointment for 11 am I arrived at 1015, and I was told I had to check in at 11 am. They assigned me a door at 12:30 I got out of there at 15:51 This was my first and last time here. I will reject any loads coming to this place. Good luck!
receiving: 08.00-12.00 these reviews are fraud, make sure you have an apt before u book a load, no apt=no unload!!! if u miss ur apt u might have to wait till tmr as a work in. plenty of workers on sight walking around kicking rocks around plot. caution!!! may have spontaneous 1 hr break from 4 hrs available of receiving….
