One of the worst service providers in Singanallur. I visited the showroom with my wife and 11-year-old son to inquire about TV offers. The TV section is on the first floor, and the staff offered us the lift to reach it. Once there, we were shown a few brands, but the salesperson provided misleading information (false specifications), which I found unsatisfactory. I informed him that I would make a decision and get back to him on Monday. After this, instead of offering us the lift again, the staff directed us to use the stairs since we didn’t purchase anything. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, but then the salesperson took my contact number and said he would follow up with me on Monday. When we exited the showroom, there was no security, and none of the staff were willing to assist us with parking or guiding our car, as there was no proper parking facility. What kind of attitude is this? Does respect only come when someone buys a product from the store? I would never recommend this showroom to anyone.
Customer focus is very poor. Yesterday I had to inquire about the water heater. They are not ready to share all the details, after many talking we have selected one display model. During cost negotiations, they are telling as this model is not available. If the model is not coming or available, why do they have to do display and unnecessary talking for long hours. It's a total waste of time spent here. Even cost is also not unique. Each sales person tells a different rate.
Hari, the sales executive, Santhosh, the store manager and Durga, the customer executive are too good professionals to serve their customers where I bought 2 iPhones recently - one is iPhone 13 for my dad and another one iPhone 16 for myself. They didn’t have in stock in the first instance but they checked their stock levels in different stores around the Tamilnadu state & couriered them to their store for me without any hassles for the particular colour & specifications. They were too good & thanks a lot guys for your beautiful coordinations. Love purchasing there & satisfied 😊
