I called to Square One-Store Michael Hill and was Pina who pick up the phone. I wanted a Diamond earings for my birthday and a gift for my wife also and Pina help me so much with pictures and all questions i had. It was so easy to work with her on these gifts. I seems i was at the store in person to be honest. So much honest person and easy to talk too . I recomend her and this store , Thank you Pina i will be back. I bought this necklace 2-3 months ago . They promised that it is silver and it would never tarnish. Here we are now it turned black. When I took it to the square one store they are asking me 120$ to Rhodium Plate. Now mind you they said it is silver and it even have the 925 numbers on them . I payed150$ towards it. This place is making a mockery of out of people. I advise you never to buy any jewelry from this place.

My wife bought a ring from Michael Hill and less than a year later the stone kept falling out. When we went to our local store, they didn’t even look at it and basically told us it was our problem, which was really disappointing. We ended up going to the Michael Hill at Square One, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were amazing and actually took the time to help. They sent the ring away to be checked and found out it was a manufacturing issue. We were able to get a new ring thanks to them. Our usual store lost our business, but we’ll be shopping at Square One from now on. Thank you Pina and Basma for helping my wife and me.

I would just like to share my experience with the Square One location. There were only two employees and it seemed to be a very busy night. They were both very good at understanding who was waiting the longest and getting the to appropriate people. After waiting my turn I was helped by Pina who I believe is the manager. She was something refreshing; she was very honest while I looked at gold chains. I know nothing about jewelry and wasn’t aware some link styles are stronger than others, I didn’t know some pieces are hollow and when I told her what I wanted it for she knew exactly what to suggest. She was very honest about the price of gold and best time to buy. Although I want to bring the pendant with me before I buy the chain I wanted to acknowledge this service compared to other Michael Hill locations I’ve visited in the past. I assume she is new as I’ve never seen her here before but I do know where to go when I do need anything in the future.
