Don't ever invest in Vastu Vihar flats. I book a flat 10yrs back still handover is not given, now the company says you never booked the flat there is no details in the system. Until I showed them agreement paper and told them I'll complaint against them then they listened and said we will look into the matter. But its now 4monts they had not done anything and office personals are just dodging the calls and no response is given by them, also they didn't responded properly even when we visited their office.

worst quality even after they give handover after 7 to 8 yrs. no one is there to listen to complaints... they have given our house kaveri 4 in gaya in very bad shape and no one is there to listen to the issues.

Worst quality construction with without vastu sastra, vastu vihar office collect amount as a maintenance cost but no any maintenance will happen from ten years,now the situation is constructed area damaged on every label in 5 to 10 years only.so not to buy any property from vastu vihar.its not value for money.
