Our dog has been visiting this clinic ever since they moved to their new location. The veterinarians here are very professional and caring. The annual check-up fees are very reasonable, and there is always plenty of parking available. Our dog is 16 years old now, and whenever there’s an unexpected situation, the vet always does their best to fit us in and provide timely help. We truly appreciate the kindness and dedication of the doctors and nurses here. Highly recommended!

This is our go to animal clinic for my fur grandchildren Dior and Emmy. Dr. John is kind and goes above and beyond in taking care of them. Staff are friendly too. Dr. John’s compassionate ways is appreciated as he caters for them taking into consideration their needs. We will recommend him to our friends and family alike.

I brought my dog to this clinic for a minor eye injury. The veterinarian used tissue glue and gave an antibiotic injection, then also prescribed oral antibiotics. I questioned why both were necessary, since the injection supposedly lasts ten days, but I still followed the instructions. After two days on the oral antibiotics, my dog began vomiting bile, which made me concerned about the treatment plan. I requested the medical record. One receptionist told me it could be provided in two days, and I agreed. However, another receptionist later called me and said — in Chinese — that the clinic would not give me the medical record unless I returned for a follow-up appointment. This is completely incorrect. In Ontario, clients have the right to access any medical record that already exists, and a clinic cannot withhold it for any reason. Only after I mentioned the law did the receptionist say she would “leave a note for the doctor to see what they can do.” The inconsistent information, the refusal to release an existing medical record, and the treatment that caused vomiting all made me lose trust in this clinic. I chose not to return for the follow-up and will not be coming back.
