Had a terrible experience here. Dr. Felix Kwak completely missed an obvious diagnosis despite pushing for expensive work to "see the problem". In my very brief conversation with him, he was grasping to diagnose my animal, and brought up completely irrelevant issues to what I visited for, despite providing a complete history of said animal prior to visiting. My primary vet later confirmed the issue he had missed. Avoid this clinic if you love your animal, the doctor is incompetent and the receptionist was brusque during what was a very traumatic time. .
I couldn’t be happier with the care my pets receive at Ashcott! The location is incredibly convenient, making visits stress-free. The entire team is fantastic—always professional, kind, and attentive. They take excellent care of my pets, provide timely reminders for check-ups, and ensure there's plenty of time for any questions I may have. Their follow-ups show just how much they truly care. A special mention to their adorable front-desk cat, who greets visitors from the counter and adds an extra touch of warmth to every visit! 🐾 I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful clinic so close to home. Highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for compassionate and reliable veterinary care!
Ascott clinic is a very humane pet veterinary clinic. My two dogs have been taken care of by them for the past 25 years and have received very quality service. Special thanks to Dr. Matthew Gwak for taking care of my dog (DongDong) in the end and provide professional services and advise during his sickness and let us know the step we have to face next.
