I had my basement fully renovated and I’m extremely impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Special shout out to Niko, Vivian & Iris. Niko has answered all my questions and concerns throughout the project and Vivian & Iris brought our basement vision into reality! The quality of workmanship was excellent — everything from the drywalling and sanding to the flooring, trim, paint, and finishing touches was done cleanly and with attention to detail. The final result looks even better than I expected. The crew kept the job site clean throughout the project. Dust control was handled well & materials were organized. They also made sure the HVAC system was protected during drywall sanding, which I really appreciated. Communication was smooth and consistent the whole way through. They were easy to reach, explained each step clearly, and always let me know what was going to be accomplished every week. The team was reliable with timing, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job within the expected schedule. Niko set the expectation on the length of the project and they sure delivered within the timeline! Professionalism was evident in how they treated my home and family. When small issues came up, they didn’t make excuses — they just handled them promptly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the renovation and would absolutely hire this team again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, clean, and high-quality renovation work in the home.
