I had a fantastic experience at Ottawa Valley Smiles with Kayla when I went in to have my teeth whitened! She is absolutely lovely and so welcoming. She started by giving me a tour of the space and then we sat down to go over the whitening process in detail so I felt totally comfortable. What really stood out to me was her menu of complimentary add-ons, like coffee, warm blanket and my favourite: under eye patches. Very relaxing! The entire experience was professional, relaxing, and enjoyable and my results are fantastic! We are really lucky to have this business in town, and I can’t recommend Kayla enough.
