I started working with Vector as a part time summer job over 2 years ago. I loved the emphasis on skills and development and the flexibility. It truly is a what you put in is what you get out sort of position. Honestly lazy people may not do well here. It takes hard work and the payoff is great. I was able to earn a few scholarships to help me pay my way through my business admin degree at RDC. Not only that, I was able to put my book knowledge into practice immediately. It was sorta like having a practicum or internship. In my first few months I was able to travel with the company for potential management positions, and advanced as all the roles are promoted internally. I have loved and continue to love the experience Vector Marketing provides.

My summer working with Vector was very different than other summer jobs. I have never worked at a job that gave me the opportunity this one did. I had a blast doing something I thought I would never do. I loved the people that I worked with and the flexibility it gave so I could still enjoy all the things I wanted to do with my summer. My favourite part of it all was that you made the money you wanted to make by setting goals. I knew if I worked hard I would be rewarded so it was a great experience to work on my self motivation and I can’t wait to see how this experience will help me move forward and grow with the company.
