The salesman, Kyle was very professional and explained everything in great detail. He answered all of our questions promptly and was happy to help us when we called him back with more questions. The service techs, Rick and Brian were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were super efficient and got the install done in a timely manner. They too, were happy to go over any questions we had during and after the process. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend contacting them for your security system needs.

A pull down fire alarm was found faulty and needed to be replaced. I was not contacted by the technician-to inform me he had to order the part. When owners of the condominium came home from work the alarm panel continued making noise-I had to contact after hours to be informed what had taken place-there was no resolution as the silence button would not "silence" the alarm panel. Better communication is needed.

Vector Security is good company. I have worked with their staff for six years on making gradual security upgrades to the church. The staff has always been responsive. Their technicians communicate well while they are on-site, and willing to make the necessary adjustments based on the feedback they receive. Their work product has been good. I value the trusted relationship Vector Security has established with the church.
