Linda Saunders3/19/2025 UPDATE RECEIVED PHONE CALL from Andrew stating since I did not have a contract with them, I would not be required to make the March payment & money would be refunded I appreciate the follow up from their family owned business. First of all, I do agree that Diane, Tony & Antonio are as wonderful with JohnsBrothers as they were before Woodfin Bros sold their security company to JohnsBros. HEADS UP though to former WOODFIN customers that continued with JohnsBrothers.. I’ve used JohnsBrothers since the buyout but decided to cancel with JohnsBrothers & placed a call to local number. Debra , at first, said they require a 30 day notice per contract. No contract was ever presented to me & the only correspondence was what I assumed to be a welcome to their company & their promise to be as good as Woodfin & were retaining previous staff… Debra did note there was no signed contract on file. To cancel, though, that needs to be sent via email to Irene in their Norfolk office. I received email from her saying cancellation was received on the 25th of February and I had an outstanding balance for March. However, my account was up to date & paid through the last day in February. Why would I need to pay for March… I don’t have their service now. Since there wasn’t a contract or any written communication, it doesn’t seem like an ethical way to treat their customers. No complaints with their service but would NOT recommend them to a soul based on how they bill clients w/o full disclosure. Honesty means a lot to me.

Glenda and Daymond made the installation look effortless because of their knowledge and experience. They really went above and beyond to install their systems correctly and to make sure we understand all the features and how they works. Very prompt and tidy work. Professional team and really care about doing the job right. Really like the fact that if I have any issues I can call the branch number and talk to someone local. Debbie answers all our calls with a smile (hear it in her voice). I am not sent to some call center out of town. Can't say enough good things about this company. Exceptional service and pricing. Great customer service from all at Johns Brothers Security. Highly Recommend.

I recently moved to a new home and there was no reason that I would consider any company other than Johns Brothers for this one. End-to-end the installation and activation processes were seamless and efficient. The staff at Johns Brothers (sales, service, admin and monitoring) are incredible. Every step in the install/setup/activation was performed professionally, on-time and trouble free. Cudo's especially to the installation technicians. They went above and beyond to make sure that our monitoring equipment was installed in a manner that maximized coverage. They walked us through the monitoring set-up process and made sure all of our systems were calibrated and functioning properly. They also confidently answered the questions that we had so there was no misunderstanding of the system’s functionality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
