I’ve been to Vedder Dental for 15+ years. The front desk ladies Brandy, Denise, and Tracy are so friendly, nice, and kind! They are always there to greet you with a smile on their face to welcome you as you walk in. They are super diligent on sending text messages when last minute cancellations come up to try and fit you in sooner! You will find excellent front desk customer service here and all the staff in the back are just as amazing! Highly recommend :)

Vedder Dental Clinic is the best dental hospital. My husband got 6 implants 8 years ago, and I got crowns and bridges on my lower teeth 4 years ago. They are just like mine, and my husband says they are just as good as his. Dr. Park is so kind, and all the staff treat us like family, and their manners are 100 points. Thank you to the staff at Vedder Dental Clinic.

I would highly recommend Vedder Dental if you are considering getting your child’s tongue tie removed! Both of my kids have had tongue ties that have impacted their ability to properly breastfeed. I have an oversupply so weight gain wasn’t an issue but extreme gas due to air getting in was our problem. Many health care professionals didn’t think we needed to get their ties removed (because they were gaining weight fine). I’m here to tell you that a baby crying all the time in pain is NOT normal. We had our oldest son’s removed at 5 months after my supply slowed down and he started losing weight and our second born just had hers done at 7 weeks. I’m absolutely shocked at the difference it can make the earlier you can catch it. Within two days of the procedure our daughter learnt how to properly suck (her tongue was no longer being held down by the tie). The result? No more air while breastfeeding and no more pain from gas. Everyone in our lives is shocked at how big of a difference it has made. She went from being in pain all day long to such a happy/chill baby. Getting this procedure done at a clinic that does it professionally and gives you a ton of resources about pre and post procedure care is SO important. They will be there to support you every step of the way if you’re anxious/nervous or have any questions. If my story resonates with you at all, do yourself a favour and book a consultation! Brandy, the receiptionist is very rude and just hung up on me. She has no patience listening to the customer request. I have put on request to call me instead of text me for availability appointment a few weeks ago. They fail to do so, and without a appropriate apology, she doesn't want to listen to why I don't want to be put on waiting list again, so she just hung up on me even though i didn't say anything rude to her! What an excellent customer service!
