Had my Spectral 29 CF 8 serviced with the gold package by Trent. Trent was very friendly and explained what he did very well. Was very satisfied with the level of service and attention to detail. Was having issues with my shifter and Trent was able to take care of it and get it running like new. Also had some creaking going on somewhere near the BB. Took it for a 10 mile ride and the bike is now silent. Thanks again!

A few weeks after my service I had this noise while riding my bike. Initially I informed him of this noise, but we agreed to see if the tune up would fix it. Trent wanted more money after I bought the high end service and wasn’t willing to work with me. Never again. Heres my email to Trenton following up about the noise he claims he was never informed about right after his service. Nothing offered but an upcharge.

My son's bike needed new tires when one broke. I found velofix online as a mobile bike repair in my area (west Boca). I called and got an appointment 2 days later. Trenton showed up at 12:30 right on time and he is super nice! He replaced both tires and made a few adjustments to the bike. Finished in about 30 minutes. Easy, fast, friendly and decent pricing for a service that comes to your house - would definitely recommend and use again for any bike needs or repairs!
