Their machine seemed advanced and effective, and now that I’ve completed my 5th session, I’m very satisfied with the results so far. What really stands out is the sweetest staff—especially Fizza. They consistently prioritize patient comfort, not just during the first visit but every single time. The hygiene is top notch. They check in repeatedly throughout the session to make sure you're comfortable, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

So far I have received 6 of my 8 sessions, and I’m highly satisfied with the quality of service that I’m receiving and the aptitude of the staff. I was especially impressed by Dr Sonia and the way she made sure throughout the treatment, of my comfort. Do come and get the best services in Lahore, Pakistan. They’re a bit expensive, but totally worth it! ♥️

My last session was extremely disappointing. I’ve been coming here for years — first for face laser then for full body laser hair removal starting last year. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour to be seen. Staff kept saying “5 min,” but nothing happened until I pointed out I’d been waiting way too long. When I was finally taken into a room, one of the machines kept shutting off during the session and I had to be moved to another room halfway through. The whole appointment took 3 hrs, which is completely unacceptable. This was my 6th full body session and I still need more. But with the way service has declined, I’m seriously reconsidering continuing here. They advertise this as time and cost effective but that hasn’t been my experience lately. I’ve been a loyal customer to Venus and have recommended it to friends and family as the staff has always been great, so I’m really disappointed to see the quality drop like this. Based on my recent visit, I currently can’t recommend this place to others.

Honest and Fact-Based Review – Extremely Disappointed with Venus Esthetic By my wife (shared from personal experience) I am writing this review to share my honest and fact-based experience with Venus Esthetic, which has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I first visited Venus Esthetic in 2019 for facial hair removal. The attending doctor at that time advised that I would need 8 to 10 sessions, after which I should see visible improvement. I followed this recommendation in good faith and completed all sessions — but unfortunately, there was absolutely no improvement. When I raised the concern, the doctor suggested 4 additional sessions, which I again paid for and completed — but still, no results. Then I was advised to get hormonal testing done to rule out any internal causes. I followed through with all tests, and the results came back completely normal. Even after that, I was told to take 4 more sessions, this time with a guarantee that the issue would finally be resolved. I trusted the clinic once again and paid for the extra sessions — but sadly, there was zero change. When I visited again to discuss the outcome, I was casually informed that the previous doctor had left, and if I wanted to continue, it was “up to me”. No accountability, no ownership of my case, and no concern for the time, money, and emotional toll this had taken on me. Key issues I faced: • No improvement despite 18+ paid sessions • Poorly trained and unprofessional staff • Outdated or ineffective machines • Excessive waiting times (consistently over 40 minutes even with appointments) • A general attitude of indifference and irresponsibility Honestly, this entire experience felt like a waste of time, money, and trust. I would not recommend Venus Esthetic to anyone. If you’re considering a hair removal treatment, please do thorough research and choose a clinic that values honesty, professionalism, and patient care. This review is not written out of anger, but from genuine disappointment and a sense of responsibility to help others make informed decisions.
