Rhiannon absolutely loves going to Vera’s! She has been for daycare and several times for boarding. I always get the silliest and cutest photos of her having fun. It makes me happy to know my babygirl always has a safe place to stay.

Posh Paws (NW Expressway location) is truly the BEST! They’ve always taken great care of our dogs Stella & Piper, but recently went above and beyond when Piper ran off into the field next door at drop-off. The staff immediately helped search, offered support, and stayed in constant communication. We had to leave town that afternoon for an immediate-family member's funeral. We were heartbroken and worried, but Posh Paws graciously offered to go pick up Piper if she was found and said anyone that finds her could bring her to them in our absence. When Piper was found a couple miles away the next morning and an officer brought Piper back they kept us updated and sent pictures to reassure us both dogs were safe and together. Their kindness, quick action, and genuine care meant the world to us. We are so thankful for this amazing team! 🐾💛

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Vera’s Posh Paws on Northwest Expressway in OKC. I dropped off three dogs for their scheduled grooming appointments around 9 AM. I filled out all the paperwork, gave clear grooming instructions Shave their bodies down to 1/4 inch left hair only on bodies 1/2 in on legs and normal faces for their breeds , and was told they’d be ready by 4 PM. Around 3 PM we were in the area so , we stopped by because no one was answering the phone we tried calling several times . After waiting in line, we were told one of the dogs had just been taken back—at 3 PM—six hours after drop-off. The groomer had just come in from a smoke break we saw her walking out as we walked in. We were told it would be another 30 minutes and they’d call us when she was done. The groomer said I have finishing touches to do, This is when we were prompted to pay up front and wait outside—so we did. We waited 45 minutes. No call. Went back in, waited in line again, and now we’re being told there was a “miscommunication”—that the groomer didn’t realize the dog was with us. That’s completely false. Three employees had already acknowledged her nearly an hour earlier. Then we’re told she had just been bathed and dried… and I’d have to come back tomorrow to finish the groom. Are you serious? Absolutely not. My dogs don’t stay in cages all day for nothing. So now she sat in a cage from 9 AM to 3 PM, finally got bathed and dried, then stuck right back in a cage—because she still wasn’t being groomed. Clearly. I had already paid—and yes, the system prompted for a tip, which I didn’t leave because I hadn’t even seen my dog. I asked for a refund and was told only a manager could handle that. I asked for a call today—not “sometime”—and the woman at the front said she didn’t even know what day that would happen. Completely unacceptable. Let’s be clear—this is a 12-pound dog. There is no reason it should take two hours to bathe and dry her. That tells me all three dogs likely sat untouched for most of the day. To make things worse, when we got home, I got an alert that her AirTag was left behind. We had to drive back AGAIN to get her collar—and that turned into another 30-minute wait. And when we left, we were told to “have a better day.” Unbelievable. But sure—they made damn sure to take our money, knowing full well the dog was never even groomed. We didn’t get home until 5 PM—angry, disappointed, and completely disrespected. I expect a full refund, a call from a manager, and assurance that this kind of chaos will not happen again. If you value your time, your pets, or basic customer service—rethink bringing your animals here. We will not be taking any more animals there.

My Luna girl loves Vera’s OKC! The price is unbeatable knowing she’s loved and having a blast. The post-daycare naps are top tier. We struggle to burn her puppy energy at home, but her friends at Vera’s take care of that!
