Kim is a great instructor. The best there. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and explains the movements in a clear way.
I was one minute late and was not allowed to take the class, even though the studio clearly states there is a 5 minute grace period. When I tried to explain, the staff was rude and dismissive. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this studio to others.
