We purchased a pre-owned BMW from Jamie in November 2024 at BMW/MINI Yeovil, specifically seeking a reliable vehicle due to our challenging circumstances. My wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and both of us are disabled, making frequent and dependable hospital trips essential. We were initially impressed with Jamie and felt confident in our purchase. Unfortunately, our experience has soured significantly since taking delivery. Shortly after purchasing the car, we noticed the coolant level was consistently low, raising concerns about potential engine issues. Furthermore, the "smart repair" performed on the door appears to have been inadequate, as the issue remains noticeable. We also discovered that the welcome light covers under the doors are now missing, which is a minor but frustrating oversight. The most serious issue arose with the gearbox. We contacted BMW roadside assistance for help. The initial attempt to diagnose the problem remotely failed because the vehicle's phone number was not properly registered in their system, requiring a second call. Despite being told a technician would be dispatched, no one ever arrived, leaving us stranded and deeply disappointed. We believe this is why many BMW dealerships are closing: BMWs are no longer reliable vehicles, and customers are tired of receiving poor service.

I just purchased my new JCW and was looked after by Courtney Webb. She was amazing from start to finish. I live 3 hours from the dealership so wanted to know exactly what to expect from the vehicle. I recieved a detailed video and regular emails updating me on any queries i had. The vehicle required a new windscreen as there was a small chip - this was all done prior to me viewing the vehicle. The test drive was excellent and i decided to proceed as the car was exactly as described to me by Courtney. The handover process was spot on and anything/everything i needed to know was explained in exceptional detail. Courtney also ensured the car had a full tank of fuel for my drive home, the MINI app through my mobile phone was paired upto the vehicle once the Part exchange paperwork was completed. The levels of customer service and attention to detail were excellent. I would thoroughly reccomend travelling to this dealership and specifically asking for Courtney.
