Farmer DownCalled in to have a look at an EX30. The showroom example was locked-possibly already sold and prepared for a customer. No member of staff approached me to ask if they could assist. On my way out,the woman at the desk nearest the door told me she was not part of the sales team. Does that prevent her helping a potential new customer? Staff here need to make the connection between satisfied customers and a successful business. Maybe already too successful to be bothered!!
