I don't usually write reviews but they are so good with my dog Tim! I've had a hard time finding a vet that was good with Tim because he can be very aggressive at times especially when trying to give him an exam, haircut, or bath. Tim has a lot of trauma from previous owners and so most times at the vet he barks a lot and agresses towards them because he is scared and they are very kind and understanding with him and I truly appreciate them so much they are the best !!🫶🏼 the pictures of tim in the swing are 5 days before his haircut and the other one is him right after getting groomed and all his vaccines and stuff 🙌

The vet and the assistants were super friendly and compassionate! My Ava was feeling gross and they took such care and were gentle with her handling to get the diagnosis done. She wasn't even freaked out with the blood draws. I'm so grateful for this location and their staff for making this a reasonably positive experience for both me and my furbaby.

Setting the appointment was fairly easy, but I have trouble contacting them for further clarification. It only allows phone conversations. Yet I am booking this appointment remotely as I am not in the country. This appointment is to kick-start her relocation process, which requires specific vaccinations and medical checks for the health certification. Things that I was not able to specify in the booking itself.

Absolutely the most caring staff you can find for your Animal’s needs. Dr. Logan, Erin the tech and Raven at the front desk are simply amazing people. They go above and beyond and their meticulous care shows in every step that they take. I took my dog here who had a primary Vet but it was on the weekend so I decided on this Vet office. He was presenting weird symptoms. Long story short while my baby was in their care I could tell that at the forefront my animal’s well being and me as a person mattered. They worked with me on everything from different ways of paying and options to just simply offering support. Very tactful and caring staff. The main Doctor is very open and understanding and takes the time to listen as well as to form his own thoughts. When they say they will call you back they will! No matter what. My dog unfortunately did not make it. Not due to any error or mishap on their part but after some visits we went back to his primary Vet which I now sadly regret. What stuck out the most is that after my baby’s passing I received a letter in the mail that was so unbelievably sweet and caring and honestly brought me to tears. Do not hesitate bringing your animals here and never worry if they are in good hands because if you go to Vetco on Bryant they absolutely will be.
