MarieOur dog's eyes were swollen, but they didn't have room for an appointment right away so the vet tech gave us some advices on the phone and even asked for photos so she could see if it was urgent or not. This was really reassuring and helpful! We were able to get seen the next day and our dog's eyes are already way better one day after! :D

Lanai SutlovicMy dog passed away in a traumatic car accident, but they made a horrible experience a little easier to tolerate by letting us come in through a back door with a privacy curtain so we didn't have to wait with others and their healthy animals. The entire experience was handled in that room, with a couch and padded flooring and a blanket for the dog, even the payment at the end. My dog loved going to this vet, and got treated really well by the staff during his life. And that helped me feel better about leaving him there for cremation.
Jorge GutierrezOur cat is very old and he got sick, after a difficult consideration we decided to let him go. After trying several clinics this one give us an appointment a 19:15 hrs. We started our grieving process and I explained my daughter (4 year old) the situation. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and had to wait in the parking lot (Covid-19 measures) after 30 minutes of wait, a young girl came out to tell us she didn't know anything about our appointment, but she called another person with a small happy cat (I suppose coming for vaccines or grooming) she told us she would ask and come back... she never did. We stayed outside still waiting, so my wife decided to call and inquire. The person that answered her explained they had some issues and they were delayed but she offer to send a "staff person" to take a look at our cat... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? Anyhow, since no one came out, 20:15 I decided I was not in the best mood to deal with such a lack of professionalism and idiocy, so we headed back home to look for another place to give my cat his well-deserved rest.
