Poor communication. They've never EVER answered their phone. I got tired of waiting 20 minutes on hold. Then, they send an email telling me my order was on hold. WHY? They needed to verify my shipping address. You can't purchase anything from their website without filling out that info. As a matter of fact, their receipt had my full shipping address on it. Total amateur hour!!! They didn't inform me that my order was shipped until 5 days later, using the excuse of being closed on Good Friday. Meantime, my order was shipped out 3 days before Good Friday. NO NOTIFICATION. Why should I have to chase them about the status of my order?? I was so frustrated with their communication, I disputed the charge and informed them as much and told them if I ever receive the order, I will be sending it back. Instead, order your meds from Sierra Pet Meds. They shipped out my order next day, their communication was great, and they were $20 cheaper!

Definitely a great company!! I will admit I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't have to have a prescription but it is 100% legit. Saved me so much money and well worth the wait. I recieved my heartworm pills in 18 days, thats traveling to states. But I knew it would take some time. I reached out with a concern and they replied quickly so excellent customer service!! I will be purchasing from vetshopmax again!!

Great company with a quick turn time of having being shipping in to the country. Was able to save nearly $600 for 3 different dogs meds that are for 6 months!!! Excellent customer service! Was very pleased with having been contacted before shipping to get my verification. Great prices on meds! Shipping was quicker than told! My experience was great!! They called me to verify if I needed both orders before they sent them to me. I am happy as I know my dogs are going to have their prevention meds!
