These people are liars. They tell you that you get free shipping if you spend over X amount of dollars, then after a few deliveries they start charging you shipping without telling you. I contacted them and was told that it is in their terms and conditions that they can charge for shipping at any time. However according to the ACCC, if free shipping is advertised then it is considered a breach of contract if they charge shipping. It even says free shipping in my order confirmation, but then shipping has been charged. I will never spend any money again with this unethical company.
