Kayla ThiessenHorrible pedicure. Even though I had an appointment booked with someone, I had to wait 20+ minutes before my service began. They hadn’t even filled the soaking bowl with water, so I just had to sit there and wait awkwardly in the pedicure chair. The pedicure itself is terribly done and looks unprofessional. Absolutely no customer service. Don’t waste your money on a pedicure here.
Mckenna Mason-WhiteI made an appointment for 4pm and it took until 4:47 to get my nails done. Not only that but i asked for a nude color and they gave me a bright hot pink with chrome. When they cut my cuticles, they cut some of my skin and made them bleed. Im very unsatisfied because i need nude shades in modeling and acting as its apart of the dress code.
